ago and they are just gorgeous. I so appreciated your understanding
regarding the photo.
I was going to post over a little "Aussie" treat for your morning tea,
as a thankyou, but we can't send any food to the USA now, so I just
have to say a big THANKYOU again and I can't wait to fill the purses up
and give them to my beloved friends.

I just wanted to say thank you for providing such excellent service! I
ordered a bagette as a wedding gift for my best friend and had it
shipped to my mom's house. When I arrived (two days before the wedding), I
anxiously opened the package and was dismayed to find two of the same picture,
and no custom message, on the bag. I immediately called to find out how to
salvage this, and the woman who answered the phone could not have been more
solicitous and helpful. She had a new bag made and it arrived the next
day - and this time it was perfect. The bride absolutely loved it! I'm
definately recommending your site to my friends!
