Keeping Grandpa's Good Luck Charms with Him

I purchased the golf accessory bag for my dad, who recently became a grandfather for the 2nd time. He now has 2 granddaughters with a third on the way and loves being a grandpa.

For his 76th birthday, we took a picture of the 2 girls together and gave him this bag, while we were out at a celebratory dinner.  His reaction was priceless, you would have thought he won the lottery by his reaction.  He went through a bouquet of emotions from happy to laughing at how adorable the picture was to tears of joy - that he is blessed to have such a great family and wonderful grandkids.

Since he had to wait longer then his friends to become a grandparent, he really soaks up every experience with his granddaughters, he gets on the floor and crawls around with them and acts like no one else in the world matters but his 2 granddaughters.  Now every time he hits the golf course, he will have his 2 good luck charms with him!

The Sneaky Gift

I purchased the two-sided key chain for both my mother-in-law who lives in GA (we live in IN) and my mom, who lives in our hometown.  My mom sees my, now, 18 month old daughter on a very regular basis, as I believe grandparents should always be a staple in a grandchild's life if at all possible.  About a year after my daughter, Sydney, was born, my mom and dad were going on a 10 day trip to St. Martin for the first time since my daughter had been born.  My mom was in tears for a bit each day before they left because she didn't want to leave Sydney.  I was fortunate enough to receive my keychain for my mom just in time.  My mom always packs her suitcases the night before her trip.  She had a ratty, old keychain change purse in which she carried her credit cards, drivers license, and a little bit of cash.  The night before her trip, I snuck into her carry-on bag and replaced her old ratty change purse, with the one that I had ordered her from Bagettes.com and which contained two different pictures of Sydney on it.  It wasn't long after she had arrived at the airport that I received a call from my mom in tears.  She had reached into her carry-on to show her identification at the check-in counter when she saw the keychain.  She said that she didn't put that keychain down the entire trip.  It was the best gift that I ever could have gotten her, especially at a time that I knew she would be missing my daughter terribly.  She claims that her keychain with the pictures of Sydney on it saved her from feeling like she wanted to come home from vacation early (I would have gladly taken her place in St. Martin though :0)  What an awesome website with fantastic, high-quality gifts!  I can't say enough about it! A Unique Gift Becoming Talk of the Town

I bought my custom photo key chain bagette in December (and ones for my mother, sister in law AND mother in law...) and quickly realized that I was the ONLY person around with one. It has become the talk of everywhere I go. Last month I was at a Korean nail salon and my pedicurist saw it. She quickly grabbed it from me and ran up and down, showing all of the other employees. Ok, so it wasn't relaxing for me, but I was happy to show it off. Then, last week I was at a DIFFERENT Korean nail salon and my manicurist saw it. She screamed! She absolutely LOVED it. She went around the salon showing it to everyone. I've actually told this story to a bunch of people and one of my friends said, "You should tell Bagettes.com."
