I ordered a bag for my best friend, it had a picture of all
four of us girl friends taken after her wedding. Because she doesn't
normally carry makeup with her she would leave it on a shelf in her
bathroom.......... which happened to be right over the comode.
Her husband felt like he was being watch by us girls everytime he used

and in fact I purchased 2 at the same time! I'm one of those gift givers
that puts a LOT of thought and creativity into giving gifts, i never
give gift cards and i never ask people what they want for Christmas

sized makeup bags, one for each of my friends. i put a picture of the 3
of us from my wedding on one side(as they were my bridesmaids) and
another picture of each of them taken with me both in black and white
(cause it's more flattering!:) we had gone out to dinner with a large group
of friends of about 15 or so and i gave them their presents then...they
opened them in front of everyone and both of them said at the same
time..."This is the BEST Christmas Gift EVER!!!!!!!" both were soooooooo
pleased and everyone at the table wanted to see the bags and i kid you
not, had there been a computer in the vicinity i think i could have sold
10 of them for you! everyone wanted to know where i got them from and
everyone commented on how wonderful the quality was. i'm usually the
type that keeps secrets to herself cause i like the satsfaction of

My husband and I got married two years ago. I ordered
Bagettes for my nine bridesmaids. (I am the flying bachelorette on the
website)The girls loved them! Two of my bridesmaids were robbed about two
months after the wedding in the fastfood drive through. One of them had
her purse stolen. She didn't care about the purse or her credit cards.
Instead, she cried to the police officer for quite a while about her
make-up bag. The police officer thought she was crazy. He said can't you
just buy another one? She tried to explain it through her tears, but he
didn't quite understand. Her purse was found on the side of the road,

I was searching the internet forever trying to find the
perfect gifts for my bridesmaids. i came across this website and thought
well how fun is that! so i looked at all the bags and thought how great
it would be for each girl to have a small make up bag for that day that
would be theirs and only theirs! So i picked out the small make up bag
and put my favorite pictures of the me and that girl on there and then
put a special message to each of them. I loved looking at each of their
faces when they opened the gift and realized that they were each very

One of my closest friends, Linda, has a birthday in
December, close to Christmas. A lot of her presents are combos - birthday and
Christmas together. I always try to get her a extra special Birthday

I'd like to share my story about my purchase and how it affected the
person who received it.
I usually get pictures taken of me and my daughter every year. Reason
is that her bday is in Nov, my mom and myself are Dec as well as Xmas.
So, I was going to buy my mom a cosmetic bag from the person I get my
pictures taken with..however, the prices are UNREASONABLE for a tiny
cosmetic bag...so I informed my mom that she would not be getting one this
year for her bday due to the ridiculous price of the bag.
However, THEN I found bagettes.com and could not resist, the price was

person who I get the pictures take by does her bags. So, I ordered the
cosmetic bag and when I received it, I was THRILLED to see it in person
and how well it turned out...Almost brought a tear to my own eyes!

presents well the shock and awe was too good too resist telling the story.

I ordered one of your bagettes for my mother for Christmas.
It had a black and white picture of her and I on my wedding day. As
soon as she saw it she cried. It was a emotional present for her b/c we
live on opposite sides of the country and my wedding was in a different
state then both of us lived. Basically, I had to get my wedding dress
alone and pretty much do all the planning myself from across the United
States. This is usually a time for mothers and daughters to bond and
pick out your wedding dress together and do wedding type things together.
Because of the distance between us and both of our jobs, she missed out
on so much (as did I). The wedding was wonderful, but of course flew by
in a heart beat, so now she has her bagette to remember how wonderful

For Christmas this year my Grandma said she only wanted
photo's for Christmas. So I gave my Grandma a makeup bag that had her

My best friend, Heather (whom i lovingly call Babs) has been
there for me through everything since we first became friends in
Preschool. She is an amazing friend, a trustworthy confidant, and always
gives the best advice. Last year marked 20 years of friendship for us, and
I wanted to get her something special for Christmas to show her how
much those 20 years had meant to me. This present would be extra
meaningful because my wonderful Babs, after a lifetime of living nearby, was
moving two states, and many many hours away.
I searched for the perfect gift for months starting at the beginning of
the year. Finally I stumbled on bagettes.com and knew that a photo bag
would be perfect! Now to find the perfect photos. While visiting with
Babs during the summer, we took a trip down memory lane and looked
through a box of old pictures. I found a few that might fit the bill and
asked if I could borrow them "to make copies for myself."
In October of last year I got married, and Babs was right there by my
side as my Maid of Honor. I told the photographer beforehand to try and
get some shots of Babs and I together, and she did great... delivering

I went to visit Babs and her family at Christmas and handed her the

unsure for a second, then broke into a huge grin, "That IS us!! Oh my
gosh, look how young we are!" Then I had her flip it over to see the
otherside, and the biggest grin came across her face. The bag was a HUGE
success. She eagerly showed it to her mom and dad, who also loved it.
This present was perfect for us. Now, even though we are much further
apart then ever before, I can just look in my purse and see my Babs! I'm

It was another one of those years-"What do I get my little
and only sister that has everything?" After online hunting and
"googling" for the perfect present(s), I came across the bagettes website. I
knew I had to get one made for her! I found the perfect picture of the
two of us for one side and for the other side-one of her with her only
nephew/my son (17mos old). Both pictures hold special memories for us.
She and I are 7 years apart. I'm the oldest, obviously. I recently
separated from the Army; I had been an Active Duty Army Captain. As an

when we lived in Missouri; the other from her visit to see me and our
son when we lived in Tennessee. I'll never forget her "OOOOOHHHH!

to find it....then it came: "AWWWWW, Thank you! I love it!" That was
all I needed to see and hear from her. I love making her happy with
